Chocolates
At Fleur de Cocoa, Master Chocolatier Chef Pascal Janvier demonstrates his expertise and years of experience in his favorite medium…chocolate. Handmade candies are made with the freshest and best ingredients attainable, including French Cacao Barry chocolate. They are made to be enjoyed fresh and are not blemished with any artificial ingredients or preservatives. To best maintain their delicate flavors, the chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before tasting.

At Fleur de Cocoa, the assortment of flavors varies frequently, as new batches are created. A few favorites include the signature “Fleur de Cocoa” with extra-dark 70% chocolate ganache, earl grey tea-infused milk chocolate ganache, coffee praline, passion fruit white chocolate ganache, and Tahitian vanilla bean caramel.

At the shop, chocolates are sold by the piece or packaged in an assortment of beautiful boxes. We will ship via Federal Express, except during our hot summer months.
