Cakes & Tartes
Cake and tarte choices change both daily and by season at Fleur de Cocoa. Though we start each day with a selection of fresh cakes and tartes in our pastry showcase, it is always reccommended you pre-order (2-3 days in advance) to get what you desire. In general, our small cakes and tartes serve 6-8, and large serve 10-12. You may also add writing (chocolate piped onto a decorative marzipan plaque) to a cake or tarte for an additional charge.

Tarte au Chocolat Framboise - A buttery tarte shell filled with baked dark chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves.
Marion - A seasonal Marion blackberry dark chocolate mousse dome with dark chocolate sponge cake.
Tarte Normande - A specialty from the chef's home region of Normandy... Braeburn apples baked in a rich vanilla custard and puff pastry shell. Delicious served warm!
Chocolate Royal - Always a favorite among Fleur de Cocoa customers... A crown of dark chocolate mousse over a thin layer of almond sponge cake and a crispy hazelnut praline base.
Satin - A creamy yet light white chocolate mousse with brandied raspberries, ladyfinger sponge cake, and soft Italian meringue.
Troubadour - Milk chocolate hazelnut mousse layered with hazelnut sponge cake and chocolate sponge cake.
